RFP - Saint John Energy Manawagonish Substation Modifications Scope of work comprises general construction of an existing electrical substation for the Burchill Wind Project, located at 1874 Manawagonish Road, Saint John, New Brunswick. Detailed information is in the document attachment of the Project and the Works to be performed. The Manawagonish Substation construction completion must be no later than November 30th, 2021 to allow Saint John Energy sufficient time to complete commissioning activities prior to energization of the facilities.
