Request for Proposals (RFP) RegistrationSupply of 15 kV Metal-Clad Switchgear – Dever and Lakewood SubstationsSaint John Energy has issued an invitation-only Request for Proposals (RFP) for the supply of two (2) 15 kV metal-clad switchgear lineups for use at the Dever Substation and Lakewood Substation. Suppliers who believe they are qualified and wish to be considered may request an invitation to participate. Approved proponents will be provided access to the RFP documents. This controlled distribution approach is being used to protect sensitive system, design, and infrastructure information while ensuring a fair and competitive procurement process. Scope of WorkThe scope of work includes the engineering, manufacture, factory testing, and delivery of utility-grade, ANSI-rated 15 kV metal-clad switchgear suitable for substation service. The switchgear shall include draw-out vacuum circuit breakers, protective relaying, control and metering equipment, and all accessories required for a complete and functional lineup, in accordance with the requirements set out in the RFP documents. Proponents shall consider long-lead manufacturing requirements and provide a project schedule demonstrating their ability to meet the specified delivery dates. The switchgear configurations may include features such as arc-resistant construction and stacked or single-high breaker arrangements, as detailed in the technical specifications. Installation, site civil work, foundations, and field wiring are not included unless expressly identified in the RFP. Saint John Energy intends to award the contract to the proponent that demonstrates the best overall value, based on technical compliance, experience, delivery schedule, and pricing.
