Saint John Energy (SJE) is seeking a Supplier to provide a submetering program to be used as a utility (SJE) owned, or leased, program for private, customer-owned, multi-tenant revenue billing applications. Supplier will provide SJE billing information and not be responsible for billing customers directly. The vendor shall have extensive experience with utility submetering operations management, customized reporting, accounting, and billing services, and utility governing bodies such as Measurement Canada, and the Utility Service Entrance Standards (New Brunswick) [available at https://sje-corp-site.cdn.prismic.io/sje-corp-site/0d71e4a5-d839-4b9f-8980-dd9ca1859acd_service_entrance_standards.pdf ] As well as residential, the metering program may be required to adapt to varied facility complexities ranging from office, retail, food service, non-profit, daycare and housing. In addition to these facilities, SJE has a small and expanding portfolio of electric vehicle charging stations for internal or public use. |
